Tried to write a letter; In ink
I've got a peice of paper; But it's Empty
Came out today. Back in Tomorrow.
Will be going through the worst part during BMT in Tekong this booking in for the week - 5 days 4 nights Outfield camp. Ironically soldiers tend to say this is the most memorable phase. The strain could be even felt taking its troll on me during both 2 days training/skill equip during the past week, esp heat exhuastion with body core temp hits 37.4 degrees. How much both mentally and physically will be tested.
Oh yes. My fav. song in army.
Early in the morning march,
With a fieldpack on my back.
With an aching in my heart,
And my shirt is full of sweat.
I'm a long long way from home
and i miss my lover so
Early in the morning march,
When the cold wind blows. (x 4)
I know i know.
You have to go.
So hurry back home
cause i miss you so.
I know i know.
I have to go.
So hurry back home
cause you miss me so.
